Artifact H: NASPA/ACPA Competency Analysis
This entry contains my self-analysis of the NASPA/ACPA competencies, which I first completed during the fall of 2013 during SDAD 579: Student Development Capstone Seminar. This entry demonstrates my own self-awareness in my professional development and informs an action and development plan for the future. Moreover, it shows I meet core competency requirements using coursework, my graduate assistantship, and other experiences that student affairs professionals should have nationally.
This entry addresses all learning outcomes in the Student Development Administration program. Each learning outcome fits into a competency area from NASPA/ACPA. By looking at Artifact H in relation to the SDA outcomes, it is evident the program has prepared me to meet the acceptable levels of competencies and set me up to grow in my future positions
